Drinking water

The modular tanks manufactured by our company are ideally suited for storing drinking and process water.

Areas of use:

• Reserve (storage) of drinking and process water at industrial facilities.
• Use within water-treatment systems.
• Use for the water supply of towns and villages.
• Use of process-water tanks as fire-reserve tanks.
• Reserve (storage) of drinking and process water at hotels, guest houses and recreation centers.

• Reserve of drinking and process water for irrigating large areas (greenhouses, parks, football pitches).

Advantages of tanks for drinking and process water:

• The technical properties of the membrane make it suitable for storing drinking water
• Storage of hot water (up to 80 °C) is permitted
• Tanks for drinking and process water can be installed both indoors and outdoors
• Installing the tanks requires only minimal general construction work
• Disassembled, the tanks for drinking and process water are compact (a 2,000 m³ tank is transported by a single truck)
• Tanks for drinking and process water can be installed in hard-to-reach places such as basements, mountains and islands
• No lifting equipment is needed to assemble the tanks

Additional options:

• To reduce heat loss, the tanks are insulated with expanded polystyrene
• For winter operation, an electric heating system is installed (a heating element with a control system)
• For year-round operation, we prepare a thermal calculation that determines the insulation thickness and the heating-element power.
